Payment, Confirmation & Cancellation

  • I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, how is that possible?

There could be several reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email. The most common reasons are:

    1. The payment has not been completed in full.
    2. The e-mail address was entered incorrectly when registering.
    3. Your e-mail provider blocks automatically generated e-mails.
    4.  The email has ended up in the ‘Junk email’ or ‘Spam’ folder.

Check these points first. Have you still not received an e-mail or do you doubt whether the registration was successful? Then contact us at info@ajaxcampsenclinics.nl. We can check the registration for you or send a new confirmation.

  • I get an error message after paying. What should I do?

This can happen, for instance, when several people pay at the same time. Such an error message does not always mean that the payment has failed. Please check whether the amount has been debited from your account before you try to pay again.

Do you have doubts or did something go wrong? Please contact us at info@ajaxcampsenclinics.nl. This way we can avoid double payments or registrations.

  • What are the payment options?

Ajax Camps & Clinics offers the possibility to pay on the website with iDEAL or Credit Card. If you are not able to pay with one of these options we kindly ask you to e-mail us on info@ajaxcampsenclinics.nl. Together we can search for an alternative payment method.

  • Can I cancel my reservation for free?

Unfortunately we can’t cancel the reservation for free. The costs of a cancellation can be found in our general conditions

Registration & Availability

  • I want to register my child, but the Camp or Clinic I want is full. Can they be added to the waiting list?

Yes, for Camps & Clinics that are full, we operate a waiting list. This option appears automatically at the relevant Camp or Clinic when it is full. We will contact you as soon as a place becomes available.

  • Can I register my child through an external company?

No, that is not possible. Ajax Camps & Clinics does not cooperate with external parties. Registration can only be done via this website or by mail to info@ajaxcampsenclinics.nl

  • Is it possible to enroll more than one child?

Yes, this is definitely possible! Please make sure that there is no big age or level difference between the children if you indicate that they would like to be placed together in one team.

  • Can you join with a friend?

Yes, that is possible! Please provide the name of the friend during registration. We try to place the children in the same team, provided the age and level are comparable. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this 100%.

  • Until when can I register my child?

Registration closes once the maximum number of participants has been reached or at the latest one week before the start of the Camp or Clinic. We encourage you to register your child as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

  • When can I register for the Ajax Clinics in the Christmas holidays?

Registration for the Ajax Clinics during the Christmas holiday is now open! You can sign up now via our website.

Participation

  • Can girls also participate in Ajax Camps & Clinics?

Yes, Ajax Camps & Clinics is for both boys and girls. During regular Camps and Clinics, boys and girls are mixed based on age and level. In addition, we organise special Girls Clinics several times a year. View the current offer via the Ajax Camps & Clinics website.

  • My child is attending alone. How do you support them?

No worries! Many participants come alone. Our trainers ensure that every child quickly feels comfortable and part of the team. Having fun and playing football together is paramount.

  • My child is enrolled but does not show up. What happens then?

If a participant does not attend without notice of cancellation, we will contact the parent/carer by phone on the number known to us. This way we check whether everything is in order and whether there may have been a misunderstanding or unexpected absence. We therefore always ask parents to inform us of any changes or absence as soon as possible.

  • Is it required to be a member of a football club to participate?

No, you do not have to be a member of a football club to take part in Ajax Camps & Clinics. Ajax Camps & Clinics is open to all children who enjoy football, regardless of whether they play at a club or not.

  • What’s the skill-level of the participants?

The football level of the participants is very diverse. Both selection players and recreational players take part. Everyone, regardless of level, can take part in the Ajax Camps & Clinics. Because the groups are divided by age and level, everyone can improve.

  • How many kids can participate?

We apply a guideline of a maximum of 72 children per field. Depending on the accommodation, a multiple of 72 children can participate.

  • Can goalkeepers also participate in the Ajax Camps & Clinics?

Sure! We organise special Ajax Keepers Camps & Clinics for children aged 6 and up. Keepers receive training in separate groups under the guidance of experienced goalkeeper trainers. View the offer on the website.

  • Can children with a disability participate in the Ajax Camps & Clinics?

Currently, the regular Ajax Camps & Clinics are unfortunately not yet set up for participation by children with mental and/or physical disabilities.

Ajax has a long-term cooperation with Only Friends where great sports activities are organised for children with disabilities. In addition, Ajax also organises many other fun activities for children with disabilities through the Ajax Foundation. For more information, please visit this webpage.

  • As a parent, can you watch all day during a Camp or Clinic?

During the Ajax Camps & Clinics, parents/carers are welcome to watch in the morning until 11:00. After that, we kindly ask them to leave the grounds so that the children can train optimally in a low-pressure and sporting environment. From 14:45, parents/carers are welcome again to attend the end of the day.

    Please note:
For multi-day Camps, the training day on Wednesday is shorter and ends at 12:30 pm. Parents/carers are welcome to attend the full training on this day.
