When you register a participant for Ajax Camps & Clinics, you provide the necessary personal data to ensure the individual’s participation is a success.

This data is only managed by us after the successful completion of an Ajax Camps & Clinics registration. If you only visit the site, no data will be stored, except for the cookies that apply to the site.

Manage data

We manage the following personal data from the registration form:

• Personal data (full name, date of birth, gender)
• Address details (street, postal code, city, country)
• Contact details (phone number + email address)
• Participant information (club, team, class, position, height)

All of the above data will be deleted from our records two weeks after the event, with the exception of the following data:

• Full name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Place of residence
• Country
• Email address
• Club membership

We store this data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we obtained the personal data.

What do we do with your data?

Ajax Camps & Clinics stores and processes your data for the following purposes, based on the agreement we have with you or after obtaining your consent:

• To build up a contact history
• To complete participation in Ajax Camps & Clinics
• To provide the participant with relevant information and/or changes
• To assign the participant to the most suitable group based on age and level
• To be able to contact the participant and/or parents/guardians in case of emergencies
• To be able to process payments
• To create profiles to improve the customer experience
• To send offers, products, promotions, and contests, and for other marketing and communication purposes, such as creating and sharing fun and relevant content about Ajax Camps & Clinics after the event
• To conduct research into the preferences of participants in Ajax Camps & Clinics and the services they purchase
• To build a contact history

How do we protect your data?

Your data is stored and transmitted securely. Anyone who has no business with your data simply cannot access it. Ajax Camps & Clinics strives to store and transmit your data using the latest security techniques and encryption methods.

Who do we share your data with?

Ajax Camps & Clinics treats your personal data confidentially. We will never sell your data to other parties. However, Ajax Camps & Clinics does work with service provider CM.com for the processing of personal data. In addition, Ajax Camps & Clinics sometimes makes personal data available to Ajax. To the extent required by law, we will of course only do so with your express consent.

Ajax is also obliged to respect your privacy and, like Ajax Camps & Clinics, to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act. They must also store and process your data securely.

Under 16 years of age?

If you are a minor, i.e. younger than 16 years of age, you may only consent to the processing of your personal data with the consent of one of your parents or legal guardian. It is therefore important that your parent(s) or guardian read this statement.
