Accepted Answer

There could be several reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email. The most common reasons are:

Your e-mail provider blocks automatically generated e-mails.

The email has ended up in the ‘Junk email’ or ‘Spam’ folder.

Check these points first. Have you still not received an e-mail or do you doubt whether the registration was successful? Then contact us at info@ajaxcampsenclinics.nl. We can check the registration for you or send a new confirmation.

Question 8

I get an error message after paying. What should I do?
